Should you require shipment to a destination outside of South Africa please contact Customer Service for a shipping quotation. If you still wish to proceed Customer Services will provide you with an invoice and payment details
How long does shipping take?
Generally it takes 5 working days for shipping. We normally take 1 - 4 days to prepare order.
Will I be charged for taxes?
Our price includes all taxes and duties for sales within South Africa

What is your returns policy?
We conform with the Consumer Protection Act. We reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee which may vary between 10 - 25%, subject to this not contravening the CPA.
